Reports To:

The Delivery Specialist / Automotive Photographer will report to the Brand Director.

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for maintaining customer survey scores above the district average and photographing all vehicles and posting them online. Success is earned every day by ensuring customer satisfaction and keeping the vehicle inventory photographed, with photos that present each car in the best way possible. This role strives to reach completion and excellence quickly. The role’s performance directly impacts the store’s ability to attract customers online and maintain good standing with Honda.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform a battery test on the vehicle to be delivered to ensure there are no issues experienced later.

Ensure the vehicle delivered to the customer is free of scratches.

Ensure that the right vehicle is being delivered to the customer.

Ensure that the vehicle has the proper amount of gas.

Ensure that the correct temporary license plate is on the vehicle.

Ensure that the customer has the correct set of keys.

Complete the Personalized Settings Worksheet, assist the customer pairing phone Bluetooth, and demonstrate the vehicle’s features to the customer.

Follow up calls with customers, remind them of our customer survey, and discover what it would take to earn a perfect score.

Drives, photographs, and publishes all vehicles to designated online listings.

Saves photos in a way that can be retrieved on demand.

Keeps a record of inventory, cars that have been photographed, and vehicles that remain.

Changes license plates and frames to Hill Country Honda when necessary.

Takes vehicles through a drive-thru car wash when necessary.

An interest in cars and photography.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Strong computer skills.


Some college preferred, but not required.
